I've added a pointer to the ML archives message which contains the
attchments.

What is the copyright and license for your contribution ?

I'd suggest to systematically add proper mentions to the file headers.
Without these, it would be difficult to integrate into FF codebase
someday.

Is the WSDL static or generated somehow ? I'm not sure what the tools/
subdir stands for, but I tend to believe this is linked.

Have you thought about adapting the gforge-cli and (forgot its name) the
similar java client existing code ?
