I seem to recall that FusionForge uses both jquery and
prototype. (Because of that, I chose to add the proto-
type based date picker to Evolvis, since we had proto-
type in FF already anyway.) I think some Codendi stuff
was using it?

In general, reducing is good of course, just this does
not match what (I think I remember) was announced.
