[Fusionforge-general] Fixed LISTS Subnet Not Working

Thank you Ronald for proposing the idea of the issue being inside of
apache.  We looked inside of the Apache configuration files and found that
it was pointing to /var/.../mailman/... and our plugin to mailman was
inside of /usr/.../mailman/...

Thank you for your help!  It guided us in the right direction to debug the
lists.fusionforge.blabla.
