[Fusionforge-general] On packaging Mediawiki 1.23 for Debian jessie, but not wheezy

Btw, let's wait for the first patch before making crucial decisions, but 
at first glance, updating FF master for the new mediawiki and 
retro-patching on the wheezy-specific debian branch sounds like the best 
option indeed.
